Cannot download file after 3 attempts: /administrator/components/com_sfg/js/images/loading.gif. Please contact IToris support. Installation will not continue

We have spent a lot of time trying to figure out a way around it but were unable to do so. Please let us know why this error is arising so that we can resolve it.

Hi ITORIS support,

I have just tried to install the same on Ubuntu running on virtual box and get the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
