Support vs Maintenance

Licenses of Smart Former and Smart Former Gold also provide the unlimited support. Yet sometimes the terms 'support' and 'maintenance' are substituted.

Support is help with solving bugs and problems of settings' incompatibility.

Maintenance is help with the extra functionality and regular components' work.

Together with support we provide some maintenance basing on the rule that the total time the developer spends on it should not exceed 10-15 minutes. Yet the license does not include full maintenance, i.e. our creation of the complex forms and complex extra functionality.

We can provide these services, yet not in the context of support, but as an additional request. If you need the services - please contact our Sales department sales@itoris.com and they will provide you with the estimate.
