Dear customers,

Starting from the 1st of December we provide a new support format. Please check the support for Smart Former Gold's page for more details

In short, we provide the support membership all-in-one. One support ticket will include help with all our extensions for the period that you have chosen.

Please also check the terms and conditions for support services

The support will be applied via our online Help Desk.

Email will be used ONLY in two cases:

1. When you have installation problems (you can not install an extension). In this case please contact the Support team directly via with the temporary admin access.

2. When you believe you have a bug. Please check the forum beforehand. In case it is a bug, the problem will be solved directly. Other cases will be directed to online support system.

Please DO NOT write to the email directly with other questions. All other cases will be answered via forum and online support desk only.

As you have noticed, we have changed the style and look of our site. Now the documentation for our extensions is available online. Documentation for Smart Former Gold can be found here

The forum will no longer be used in consultative format. For now please feel free to communicate and post your own tips and tricks here, yet if you need a fast help or consultation - please contact our Support Department via the Help Desk.

We believe these changes will make our support services faster and more effective.
