hello,
first of all, thank you for your nice products

smartformer looks like the perfect tool i need to complete my project, and i tried installing the demo version.

however, after having installed the extension via itoris installer, i cant see anything under system/itoris extensions/smartformer gold/form manager.
the only thing i get printed is the warning "Trial period etc" no buttons, no interface, and what's worst, no errors!

at the same time, if i click instead on "plugin manager" i can see a working interface, no problem.

my question is: did i do something wrong?

magento version (free) is: 1.6.1.0

every server requirement listed here http://www.itoris.com/magento-form-buil ... quirements is fulfilled.

Hello Infocame,

Did you install the extension on local host? Our component is domain depend. Maybe someone is using the same domain name (for example local.com/mysite.com) and trial version of SmartFormer Gold was installed on this host early. Trial period is 7 days. After that the system will block all functionality of the component (except for plugin manager). You will receive "Trial period is over. All function are disabled" in this case.

You can upgrade the extension to full version using IToris Installer.
