I've made forms that are on their own pages.

How can i add a form to the product page? Ideally i'd like to hide it and have it open onclick (AJAX).

You can add a form in file layout. Please check this page:

A form can be opened using AJAX. But this request will require additional coding, so unfortunately we are not able to provide a solution within free support.
