i recently purchased the Itoris GOLD Form seeing the wonderfull video how to create a multiple page form. I just though wouahh that's exactly what i need looks nice and easy.
Since my pruchase, i spend around 10 hours on your extensions....doing and doing again and again a new form and not understanding why it wasn't working. At each time I got a strange bug : i get a message that my form has been saved but it's not possible to preview it in the admin panel. Even worth !... when you try to reopen the form a never ending LOADING Message appears. All your job has been lost !
Thinking i am maybe a dummy.... I hired again the IT specialist which got exactly the same problem.
1. I first paid 169 usd
2. I had to pay the IT GUy to install it
3. I spend all my week-end on this s......
4. I had to pay again this guy to help me for finally understanding that I'm not a dummie but this form isn't working at all !!!
And please don't tell me we did it wrong. The installation was correctly made and after thant we exactly followed the Video presentation. Word by word, step by step all the same like in the video presentation and it doesn't work.
