I have a lengthy, multi-page form and our clients will probably need to leave to do research before they come back to complete the form. I need a way to save the form and have it pull their existing values when they return.

Smart Former 2.3 provides the possibility to come back to the form using return URL and have the ability to edit it.
To do it please add the dynamic variable to the active
user email template {return_url_system:Return URL (system)}
After the form is submitted - and the email is received - a special URL will go in the email instead of the variable. The URL can be used for user to return to his/her form and edit it.
This variable can be either added manually to th template or selected from the 'Available fields' drop down over the WYSIWYG.

I had this function working well but needed to change some checkbox fields to include the "value" in the user email which I worked out from the other threads however now when new people register and use the return URL the database doesn't load there data on the second page where the check boxs were changed. It does on the first page but doesn't allow the user to proceed.

Any ideas please?

I need to use this function as well. Did anyone ever figure out how to do this?
