Hello,

I have recently added a form using Smert Former to one of my website pages, however it does not appear properly and the entire page layout is not damaged.

Any assistance regarding how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have the similar problem.
I'v just discover smart form. Before the customer give it to me for admin, i've just changed one item by clicking on "Requested" for a field. Then all display is damaged !
Did you solve your problem ?
Any idea ?

Well my only assistance regarding the matter can be that this component is not very good. I eventually sent it to a freelancer developer and he took care of it, I don't know how. The smart former is not very compatible with browsers. Maybe you can find an alternative form creator.

You can download it from our website.

Unfortunately we can not provide either free support help or updates to the free extension, so we have to close the development. Now SmartFormer is provided as is.
