I mean, I would use the same form in many article with plugin. And in the admin email I need to put the URL of the page from the form was sent. (the url of that article)

I hope I could be clear enough...

I need to do same thing like bulesz.
I have about 600 pages with forms and I need to receive the page title and url from witch message was sent trough form, to identify the product that client has refer. How can i do that? Thank you.
